The room had a stylish design and amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a personal safe, situated in a great location close to Wat Kaew Korawaram.

The room was incredibly big, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The facilities are very basic. You can get hot water from the reception and make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, but that's as far as the facilities other than the ususal suspects in your room go. Also, we didn't have any running water in our room for a couple of hours when we got back from a very rainy day trip - so we weren't able to wash ourselves or our totally soaked clothes. The beds in the family room were sacked. The hotel is quite far from the parts of the town that's interesting for tourists and nice restaurants. The staff doesn't speak English very well.

Convenient location, away from the noise of the town. The rooms are very well kept (great a/c) and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping returned a valuable ring that we had left in the room by accident. They even dropped us off to the ferry port for free!

The hotel arranged the airport pick up in Krabi for Bath 350. Room was spacious with a nice garden. Our baby was sleeping at check out time and the staff let us keep the room until 16:00 free of charge. Silent at night. Nice place for a couple of days stay in Krabi
It's better to rent a motorbike to reach downtown and explore the town. Shower was a little stinky.

Small hotel in a peaceful area near to the centre of Krabi town, activities about a 10 minute walk to Krabi centre and port and airport. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location and the room was fashionable...

During our stay at the Forum House, we were amazed by the attentive and caring staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, providing both peace and easy access to the town's attractions. The scooter rental option was a great convenience for exploring the area. Despite minor issues with the air conditioning and shower, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Krabi. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Krabi.

NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL! This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed and considering I have stayed in an improvised shelter in the middle of a jungle thats saying a lot!
The hotel is very basic but I am ok with this. However the false information regarding the services they provided was terrible and the staff! Well let's just say I have met more friendly and understanding viruses like Ebola or the plague! The receptionist/owner was offensive and rude and swore at me to the point where we left the hotel at 11.30 at night to find somewhere else to stay. As an experienced traveller that has travelled many countries including most of central, south eastern and eastern Asia I would strongly urge and recommend that no one stay at this hotel it is simply that bad!
